We all have stressors in our lives. These stressors can be physical, emotional or chemical. Your body has the innate wisdom to heal itself; however when a stressor isn’t fully released, it is stored in your body and can create blockages in your nervous system.
Chemical
Chemical stressors include things like alcohol, prescription and non prescription drugs, smoking, additives and preservatives in foods we eat, products we use in our home and environmental pollutants.
Emotional
Emotional stressors include things like past traumas, relationship stress, financial hardship, and work pressures.
Physical
Physical stressors include things like accidents, falls, repetitive postural strain and sustained sitting.
